Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to donate to TAD Disability Services. As your donation is being made online without our assistance or involvement, we ask that you complete your details and the amount of your donation carefully.

TAD will refund a donation proved to be fraudulent at the request of the owner of the credit card or financial institution.

If an error is made in making online donation, we will honor all requests for refund that are made in writing within 30 days of the date the donation was made.

All requests should include the details of the initial transaction including date, donation amount, donor's name, receipt number and the nature of the error. Send this request to tad@tadnsw.org.au attn: Development Manager.

TAD reserves the right to pass any refund transaction fees charged onto the donor.

Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment – if donation has been made by credit card, the refund must be credited to that same credit card.

Should the refund be approved, any original receipt issued for the incorrect amount immediately becomes void and invalid and we ask that you delete or destroy the receipt.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
